Michael Doherty has led operations, compliance, partnerships, and systems initiatives across construction, property management, consumer packaged goods, health, hospitality, sustainability, and technology.
He has served in senior operations roles including VP of Operations & Partnerships at opsZero, Chief Operating Officer at Fleck Industries, VP of Sourcing and Innovations at Solve Together, and project leadership roles across renovation, supply chain, events, sustainability, and emerging technology.
Across these roles, Michael has built operating frameworks, SOPs, vendor systems, procurement workflows, compliance processes, internal documentation, and custom software systems to help teams scale more effectively. His work has included leading operational transformations, managing strategic partnerships, coordinating cross-functional teams, negotiating vendor and partner agreements, supporting SOC-aligned security and privacy programs, and developing systems for logistics, sales, supply chain, and customer operations.
Michael's background combines hands-on operations experience with software, compliance, design, and systems thinking. He has worked with teams across AWS, Google, Microsoft, Ampere, Ingram Micro, international manufacturers, hospital networks, government buyers, contractors, suppliers, designers, Fortune 500 companies, and local business owners.
He brings a practical, human-centered approach to automation: start with how the business actually works, identify where time and resources are being lost, then build systems that make the work easier, clearer, safer, and more efficient.
